- Mexico and Canada: Canada usage cannot exceed 50% in a 3-month period. Data roaming may be reduced to 2G speeds.
- Video Streaming: Plan includes the Video Management feature. We aim to render streaming video in standard-definition (max speed of 1.5 to 2 Mbps) though some video cannot be identified. Sometimes, other content that content providers bundle with streaming video may be impacted and slowed, including downloads. In certain situations, we may deliver video content faster or at higher definition. To experience higher definition video when available, or if you have an issue, turn the feature off or back on any time at cricketwireless.com/videomanagement. Data usage and tethering that violates contract terms may be slowed or terminated.
- General: Activate/upgrade (up to $25/line) and additional one-time fees (minimum $5 representative-assisted and automated phone system payments) and restrictions may apply; see cricketwireless.com/fees.
- Pricing, availability, terms and data usage and speed and other restrictions subject to change without notice. Service subject to Cricket Terms of Service (cricketwireless.com/terms).
- Devices: Sold separately.
