To activate a device on the Cricket network, you'll need an HD Voice-capable smartphone that is compatible with the Cricket HD Voice network. This includes HD Voice-capable devices from Cricket.
BYOD (bring your own device) compatibility can be found here. Not all phones brought to Cricket will work on Cricket’s HD Voice network.* Calls must be made over Cricket's 4G LTE network or a compatible network.**

BYOD AT&T:
Most new HD Voice devices purchased from AT&T since 2019 will work on Cricket’s HD Voice Network. The latest software version is required.
More phones coming soon!
If your phone is currently not compatible with HD Voice, you may upgrade to one of the devices on this list. Or bookmark this page and check back later, as more phones will be added to this list as they become available.
*To make sure your phone is compatible with our network, enter your device ID (IMEI) number. BYOD compatibility is subject to change.
**Cricket's LTE coverage is not equivalent to its overall network coverage. HD Voice calls made on a compatible device on Cricket's 4G LTE network may not experience an HD Voice connection during times of network congestion. Other carriers' networks may interoperate with Cricket's 4G LTE network to support an HD Voice call.
