Cricket customers can participate in the Cricket Phone Upgrade Plus feature, an upgrade option that allows you to have a $200 credit when you’re ready to upgrade your phone after two years of service.
To earn this credit, add the Cricket Phone Upgrade Plus feature at any time online, by visiting a Cricket store, or by contacting Cricket Care at 1-800-CRICKET (274-2538) or 611 from your Cricket phone.
Once you have enrolled in this feature, you will pay just $5/month. After 24 monthly payments, Cricket will apply a credit of $200 to the purchase of your next Cricket-sold phone that is at least $200 before taxes.
The credit will apply on top of any other special pricing you would normally get if you are upgrade eligible.
